October 2025 to May 2026
We are proud to announce that our office has successfully completed the liquidation of Pepper Hellas Asset Management Solutions SA, a subsidiary of its UK parent. The assignment commenced on October 2025 and lasted until May of 2026. This challenging project was carried out under careful consideration of all stakeholder needs and requirements.
January 2026
Our office provides Acquera with ongoing legal and corporate secretarial services, supporting its operations in Greece. Our work encompasses corporate governance, commercial contracts, board and shareholder resolutions, statutory filings and the maintenance of corporate records. We combine practical legal advice with careful attention to corporate formalities, helping Acquera manage its legal obligations and pursue its business objectives with confidence.
January 2026
Our office provides legal and tax advisory services to A 41 Trust Ltd, a Cyprus entity, in connection with a transaction involving the sale of Veritas School of Athens to a UK educational fund. Our assistance covers the strategic approach to the transaction and the design of its tax and corporate structure, aligning legal requirements and tax considerations with the client’s commercial objectives.

We are pleased to continue our longstanding relationship with the Greek branch of Oliver Marketing Ltd, a UK advertising company, which our office has represented since 2018. We provide comprehensive support across all administrative functions, legal matters and statutory compliance requirements, helping the branch operate smoothly and meet its corporate obligations in Greece.
