With a strong German background and the experience of having lived and worked in Germany, Greece, Serbia and Romania as a lawyer and tax professional he was able to lead a team of professionals involved in some of the biggest business transactions in the South-East European Region. Christos Violaris is a Greek Commercial and Corporate Attorney admitted to the Athens Bar with over 20 years of experience in multinational corporate environments with particular focus on international commercial, corporate, and taxation law. He is a professional, detail-oriented, with proven research and analytical-thinking skills attorney. He is an experienced administrator of legal archives and databases with an extensive Corporate Governance background. Having worked in various demanding environments including the Big Four, as well as several heavy industry and other ASE listed corporations he has attained the ability to be able to work in high-stress and fast-paced environments. He has participated in a number of key projects, where he acted as chief negotiator and he has a good understanding of international contracts, the trademark legislation, and of international corporate and taxation structures.
Chris Chantzarides is a Greek Attorney admitted to the Athens Bar Association. He has worked previously for renowned Greek law firms and the big 4. He has gained experience working with Corporate and Retail clients in Greece and avails of extensive litigation experience. His areas of professional exprertise cover a wide range of Labour Law, Company Law, Inherritance Law, Family Law, Trademark and Intellectual Property Law and all areas of Civil Law. He is a qualified negotiator and has been successfully advising clients in the Real Estate, the Banking, the Consumer Products, as well as the Commercial sectors. Chris holds an MBA and has a stong focus and a solid understanding of the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) mechanisms
Yannis Nikolaou is a Greek business consultant with over 20 years of experience, having worked both in Greece and abroad (Chicago, IL., U.S.A.). He specialises in Internal Audit consulting (operational, financial, compliance audits), Legal Compliance (including S.O.X.) and Risk Analysis. He possesses combined experience in Big 4 environment and in-house in FMCG (Coca-Cola Hellenic Corporate Auditor) and insurance industries. Lately, he focuses on working on a project basis; he led a Financial Compliance project with a pharma corporation, as well as a restructuring project with a large foreign FMCG with the objective to establish a Financial Shared Services Centre abroad. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Teesside University and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Manchester University (both in U.K.), as well as an M.B.A. in Audit from DePaul University (Chicago, IL. , U.S.A).
