Disguised Anarchy the Contemporary Form of Democracy?

In what the Greek Government and many around it saw as a victory of Democracy the victim of alleged State violence itself saw a victory of Anarchy. This could really be a true manifestation that the Tower of Babel did exist in the past and that its spirit is still omni-present today. In one form or the other it has always been about the eternal fight between States and their People. However, in this ongoing public discussion about the right of imprisoned people to higher education we were surprised to observe that marketing tools have been employed by the victim to navigate the outcome. Has justice really become so submissive to effective Story Telling? Is it really enough to employ ten good journalists and the explosive mix of a troubled political agenda to bend the rules of both, common sense and law and extort a Government? Have Governments with all their arbitrary power become so fragile and left that unprotected against the efficient strategizing of one young individual with a wealthy family background or are we exposed to a unique display of political incapability? Or are we simply watching the evolution of a new, more intelligent form of organized crime that knows how to navigate its case around the sensitivities of societies by taking full advantage of the weaker human nature? Moreover, should the recent incident fall under the better description of political fiction because if, juxtaposed against reality it can only be described as a never-ending political nightmare? The floor to you...
