Show us that Magic!

Less than three days in power and you can already sense the change of winds in the air. Lots of underlying scepticism at the same time, either domestic or international about the effects this new wind will have on the fate of the country. By now everyone is already wondering who is Tsipra's "Good Witch of the North" that will keep him and his team out of trouble, while plenty can identify numerous parties to be the "Wicked Witch of the West". Tsipras in the form of a contemporary "Dorothy" who wants to take the country back to its old fame and prosperity of the years prior to 1990. On this journey, he is definitely accompanied by the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman and the Cowardly Lion but we all wonder whether he will eventually have the encounter with his Wizard of Oz. The numbers are not supportive for such a meeting, yet. However, his political agenda is being implemented as advertised before the election, taking him and the entire country into frontal collision course with his European partners. Everyone is shifting his "reality check" to the end of March, when the money has run out and his Santa Clause bag will have emptied. Tsipras is more likely to become the first politician in history whose term in power will make it into the betting houses and yield high returns to the gambling society of this planet. Unless, there is something he knows and we don't. And this brings us back to the healthy days of my youth when I felt so comfortable in my ignorance and in my ability to fully interpret and understand politics...bottom line, we are all set to search for the brain, the heart and the courage.
